Upon landing at Phuket International Airport (HKT), our professional Airport Host will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a name sign. You will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private car or minivan directly to Rassada Pier. No waiting for other passengers, no extra stops.

Shared Boat to Phi Phi (Sea Transfer)
Upon arriving at Rassada Pier, please proceed to the designated counter for self check-in. You will then board our shared ferry or speedboat alongside other passengers for a safe and scenic transfer to Ton Sai Pier, or to Laemtong Bay, depending on your hotel booking on Phi Phi Island.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We monitor marine weather conditions closely. If the port authority suspends boat operations for safety reasons, your transfer will be automatically rescheduled to the next available boat at no extra cost.
Will the boat drop me directly at my hotel on Phi Phi Island?
Koh Phi Phi is a car-free island. Your sea transfer will conclude at either Ton Sai Pier or Laemtong Bay (depending on your selection). From Ton Sai Pier, most hotels are a short walk away, or your hotel may provide a local longtail boat transfer to your resort.
I am prone to seasickness or traveling with an infant. Which boat should I choose?
For a highly stable and comfortable transfer, we strongly recommend the Shared Ferry. Speedboats can be bumpy depending on wave conditions and are strictly not recommended for pregnant women, infants under 1 year old, or individuals with back problems.
Can I change my transfer date if my travel plans change?
Yes! Your ticket includes one free amendment. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure to adjust your transfer, subject to seat availability.
Can I bring my surfboard or extra-large luggage?
Yes, but oversized items such as surfboards or excessively large suitcases may incur a small additional fee at the pier. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure there is adequate space on your scheduled transfer.
Are there any extra fees I need to pay upon arrival at Phi Phi Island?
Yes, the local authorities collect a mandatory environmental cleaning fee (usually 20 THB per person) upon arrival at Ton Sai Pier. Please ensure you have some Thai Baht in cash, as this local fee is not included in your transfer ticket.
Do I need to print my booking confirmation?
No, printing is not necessary. You can simply show your e-ticket or booking confirmation on your mobile phone to our staff at the airport and at the designated counter for your transfer.
Are there restrooms available during the sea transfer?
Yes, our shared ferries are equipped with clean public restrooms and a small snack counter. However, shared speedboats generally do not have restrooms onboard, so we highly recommend using the pier facilities before your transfer departs.
Do you also provide a return transfer from Phi Phi Island to Phuket Airport?
Absolutely. We offer seamless return services. You can easily book a round-trip transfer through our website to ensure a smooth and timely arrival at the airport for your flight home.
Is passenger insurance included in the transfer?
Yes, basic marine accident insurance is included for all passengers during the sea transfer. However, we still highly recommend purchasing your own comprehensive personal insurance to cover medical emergencies, flight delays, or lost luggage.
Is the transfer accessible for wheelchairs or baby strollers?
Baby strollers can be folded and stored safely during the transfer. However, please note that embarking and disembarking the boats may require stepping over gaps or navigating stairs, which makes it challenging for unassisted wheelchair users. Our staff is always ready to assist, but please contact us in advance to discuss specific mobility needs.
What is the age limit for child tickets, and do infants travel free?
Infants aged 0-2 years can join the transfer free of charge (sharing a seat with an adult). Children aged 3-9 years are eligible for the child rate, while passengers aged 10 and above require a standard adult ticket.
Do the sea transfers operate year-round, even in the low season?
Yes, our transfer services operate daily throughout the year. While the schedule remains consistent, slight delays may occasionally occur during the monsoon season due to varying sea conditions.
Can I bring my pet on this transfer?
Generally, pets are not permitted inside the shared passenger cabins for the comfort of others. If you are traveling with a small, crated pet, please contact our support team prior to booking to check if special arrangements can be made for your specific transfer.
What happens if my flight is delayed by the airline? Do I have to buy a new ticket?
No, you do not need to buy a new ticket! Unlike many third-party booking platforms that forfeit your tickets during airline delays, we include Free Flexible Protection. We track your flight status closely. If an official airline delay causes you to miss your boat, we will automatically reschedule your private driver pickup and boat ticket to the next available departure (or the next morning if you arrive late) at zero additional cost.
Is the boat departure time I selected guaranteed, or will it be changed later?
Your booked schedule is coordinated directly with your flight arrival time! While third-party platforms often assign random departures after payment, our system ensures your private airport pickup seamlessly connects to your confirmed boat departure. If any adjustment is needed due to your flight schedule, our team will confirm it with you clearly before your travel date.
If my flight is delayed, who will help me adjust my transfer at the airport or pier?
You will have dedicated support from our local team via WhatsApp! Simply message us as soon as you know your flight is delayed. 1. Complimentary waiting window
Our airport host will remain on standby for 90 minutes from your actual landing time. This period is intended for immigration, baggage collection and customs procedures.
2. Meeting point
After completing immigration, baggage collection and customs, proceed directly to International Terminal Exit 2. Look for the airport host holding a sign displaying the lead passenger’s name.
Confirm that the name on the sign matches your booking and follow only the assigned host. We recommend taking a quick photo of the host when you meet for easy identification.

3. Private vehicle arrival
Airport regulations do not permit private vehicles to wait continuously at the terminal exit. Once you meet the host, allow approximately 10–20 minutes for your vehicle to reach the designated pickup area.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (FINE PRINT)
1. Final Sale, Non-Refundable & No Cancellation Policy:
All tickets, deposits, and full payments are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once payment is confirmed. This applies to all payment types. All modifications, cancellations, and route changes are strictly prohibited on the date of travel. No refunds, credits, or partial compensation will be issued under any circumstances, including for voluntary cancellations, unused tickets, no-shows, or partial group arrivals.
2. Check-In, No-Show & Late Arrival:
Passengers must check in at the designated pier counter at least thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled departure. Failure to arrive on time constitutes a no-show. In such events, the ticket is entirely forfeited without the right to a refund or credit. Any replacement ticket must be purchased at the prevailing rate, subject to seat availability.
3. Rebooking & Voluntary Modifications:
Ticket modifications are subject to company discretion, operational approval, and seat availability. All approved modifications will incur a standard administrative fee in addition to any applicable fare differences. Should the new fare exceed the original ticket value, the passenger is required to settle the outstanding balance prior to confirmation. If the new fare is lower, the fare difference is strictly non-refundable.
4. Baggage Allowance & Liability:
Passengers are permitted one checked suitcase and one carry-on item, subject to operating carrier limits. Excess baggage fees or refusal of oversized items are at the carrier's discretion. The company assumes no liability for damaged, lost, or refused baggage.
5. Service Disruptions, Schedule Changes & Force Majeure:
Vessel assignments, transit routes, and departure times are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety regulations, operational requirements, vessel availability, or Force Majeure events. In such cases, the operator reserves the right to re-book and transfer passengers onto the next available or an earlier departure, or substitute vessel types (including switching between ferries and speedboats). Such operational adjustments do not constitute valid grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation. Any voluntary decision not to board the provided alternative transport due to personal reasons, subjective safety concerns, or inclement weather remains strictly non-refundable.
6. Missed Connections, Delays & Onward Travel Disclaimer:
All transportation operates on a strict point-to-point basis. The company and operating carrier are not liable for delays resulting in missed onward flights, lost hotel or lodging costs, secondary travel arrangements, or any consequential losses. Passengers are solely responsible for allocating sufficient transit buffer time. A minimum buffer of 5 hours is strictly required prior to any onward flight departures. Passengers are strongly advised to hold comprehensive travel insurance to cover and mitigate these travel risks.
7. Right to Refuse Carriage:
The operator reserves the absolute right to refuse carriage to any passenger who fails to comply with safety instructions, exhibits disruptive or intoxicated behavior, or is deemed medically unfit to travel. Tickets forfeited under these circumstances are strictly non-refundable.
8. Chargeback, Service Disruptions & Payment Disputes:
By completing this purchase, the passenger expressly agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been fulfilled, made available, or forfeited due to a no-show, late arrival, or operational adjustments. In the event of service disruptions, suspensions, or cancellations due to Force Majeure (including adverse weather, unsafe sea conditions, technical constraints, or safety directives), where alternative transport arrangements (earlier/later departures or vessel substitution) are made available, tickets remain strictly non-refundable in whole or in part. Refusal of alternative transport, voluntary cancellation, or itinerary changes based on personal preference or convenience shall not be entitled to any refund under any circumstances. Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated under these circumstances shall be deemed invalid and strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Contestment:
Initiating a chargeback for services rendered or knowingly forfeited constitutes misuse of the chargeback process. The company reserves the right to vigorously contest unjustified disputes by submitting all supporting evidence to the issuing bank and payment network.
10. Recovery of Costs:
In the event of an unjustified dispute, the company reserves the right to take necessary legal action to recover the disputed amount, administrative fees, chargeback penalties, and associated legal costs in accordance with governing law.
11. Limitation of Liability:
The company acts solely as a ticketing intermediary. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original ticket value. Liability for personal injury, property damage, or operational delays rests exclusively with the direct service operator.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the applicable local jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance of Terms & Electronic Evidence:
The completion of payment constitutes full, unconditional, and final acceptance of these Terms of Service. Electronic records including booking confirmations, emails, system logs, payment gateway records, and check-in data shall constitute valid and binding evidence of agreement and service fulfillment.

The drive from the airport to the pier was super comfy. The pier was clean, had seats and was well organised. I had a terrific iced coffee. But then I bought a chickpea wrap that they put a lot of tomato sauce on. It was terrible and I threw it away.
The crew men were kind by lifting my bag, I am older. It was a calm couple of hours journey to Koh Phi Phi.

We booked the airport transfer and ferry together because we didn’t want to figure everything out after a flight. The host was easy to find, the driver took us straight to Rassada Pier, and we had plenty of time to check in. Nothing fancy. Everything just worked, which was exactly what we needed.
